Established in 2007, our centre in Bangalore has grown from a small operational unit into a mature, multifunctional hub of around 4,000 colleagues. Today, we support more than 80 global affiliates and work closely with colleagues in Denmark to deliver high-value, end-to-end business solutions. At Novo Quality GBS, our skilled colleagues focus on improving how Novo operates to attain the highest quality, patient safety, and compliance in everything we do. We support overall quality processes and services, including quality assurance for IT systems and GXP processes, quality audits focussing on GCP, supplier and pharmacovigilance audits, document control, records management, and data analytics. We also manage Quality for R&D and Affiliates. From end-to-end training administration and comprehensive editorial and translation services to providing Digital Learning solutions and handling Customer Complaints, we actively collaborate, and support every part of Novo’s value chain.
